Breaded Artichokes





Looking for a very different and extra-special side dish? These marinated artichokes look impressive and taste delicious, and join right in with the café cuisine theme of light, simple, and entertaining.

Ingredients :
  •   8 marinated artichoke hearts
  •   2 tablespoons butter
  •   1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  •   Juice of 2 lemons

Directions :

In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add the bread crumbs to the skillet and stir, sauteing slightly. When the bread crumbs turn golden, add the artichoke hearts. Pour in the lemon juice and toss to coat, heating until the artichokes are golden brown.
