Different people have different passions. Some of them show it in the form of art like music and theater. Others are geared to public service. And there are those whose passion is geared to foods. Chocolates are among those delicacies whose global popularity is apparent. Those who show a very big interest on this sweet make use of their time to gain more knowledge about it.

Just like your interest on the food, there are people who show their love for the product at a whole new level. Aside from randomly tasting several types, they invest in studying its origins and how to differentiate one from the other. They are what we now consider as a chocolate expert.

Anyone can have the title. But for you to be considered as a real one, you will need the approval of people, not necessarily a formal governing body, but of the public.
