You read it totally right. The are called champagne truffles. It is a soft candy that is composed of chocolates with champagne. You should check the ingredients first. It does not need to be expensive or rare. Remember that the ingredient that can be found in your own kitchen can make you a creative cook. If this is your first time trying out the truffles, then you just take your time. Do not be in a hurry.

The main ingredient is the chocolate. You can actually purchase this one in any grocery. The quantity depends on how many are you planning to make. You just have to estimate if it would be enough for your quantity. You can even start with 8 ounces.
