Chocolate is not just a mere dessert. It is the dream of the children and what they usually ask from their parents. It is the source of income of many people. And it can come very expensively, especially when made from high quality and rare ingredients.

Chocolate have made itself one of the most in demand commodities around the world. It is incorporated and mixed in almost everything that requires a sweet flavor. And it is also the base ingredient in creating the worlds famous desserts and drinks. It has also been fashioned into tiny candy balls that are known all throughout the planet. Gourmet chocolate truffles in Vermont and in other places are one of top go to dessert of most people.

But because of the many false information circling around, these confections now have a bad reputation. There are a lot who deprive themselves from eating chocolates for the fear that it would ruin their diet. This is the reason why you should research facts first before you decide on something that might alter the way you live your life.

Others think that choco truffles is high in caffeine since this confection has the ability to make people awake. It is true that it contains caffeine but only a percentage. The standard size of a bar contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of decaffeinated coffee.

The problem is that most people see this confection in a more general sense. They forgot to consider the fact that there are different types of chocolates out there. Not all of it are fattening as what most information would tell you. For example, the white choco truffle does not contain too much saturated fat and has been proven to increase the good cholesterol levels.

And even though many people think that these confections does not have a good effect on the body, this is a wrong belief. A chocolate is packed with the necessary anti oxidants that would help the body in lowering the blood pressure and prevent any serious heart condition. Dark chocolates are especially rich in antioxidants.

Scaring kids away from eating a truffle by saying that it can cause cavities and tooth decay is not very accurate. Candies and sweet things are not the only kind of food that can cause bacteria to stick and breed in the teeth. It can also be caused by all the other food types especially when they do not brush their teeth regularly.

Choco truffles do not cause skin and acne problems. Contrary to the belief of many, acnes are caused by lack of hygiene because there is accumulation of dirt and oil in the face. The truth is that most researches have proven that your diet does not have any effect on your acnes.

Some people may think that having a chocolate as part of their diet is forbidden. Your diet is your discretion which means that having it in there is your choice. If you want to lose weight and you want to eat a chocolate, it is fine as long as you do not over do it. It will greatly alleviate your cravings. And when your cravings are satisfied you will not feel the pull to binge eat.
