There is none who does not know about chocolates. In fact, this is the only food on earth that is loved by people of all ages. Aside from its sweetness, there are so many things about it that we do not know will benefit us. Moreover, this has been said to be the most fitted gift for all seasons. Like for example, an occasion that we used to celebrate during the twelfth day of May, undeniably, chocolates for Mothers Day are rampant where else in world. This is one of the most celebrated event every year.

Nobody would probably say that he or she can resists the sugary filled coated food right now and then. As what the doctors are recommending, consumption of it daily would give you several health benefits. Yet we should mindful that, too much eating of it will also lead to some undesirable body responses. Eating it moderately on a regular basis will give our body lots of help in responding to all our daily activities.

Scientifically, it is labeled as the worlds most perfect food. It is the most tastiest food on Earth. Whatever type of chocolate you like, dark, white, semi sweet, sweet dark, all contain mixture that makes a person happy. Yes, it does, because of the chemicals that it composes which gives varied effects on the body.

Based on researches, it is an energy giving food. Just like the any other go foods perhaps, it contains calories which is being combined with sugar and other ingredients that lets the body to produce the so called endorphins. Endorphins is a chemical component that signals the brain to experiencing something pleasurable that will somehow make you feel energetic.

Furthermore, it has antioxidants that obstruct harmful chemical reactions and other fatal oxygen that may destroy body tissues. Because of this, it helps to prolong ones life. In fact, there was a study conducted long time ago comparing the life span of those who ate chocolates and those who did not. And it has been scientifically proven that, the former lived longer than that of the latter. Moreover, it also deteriorates the count of enzymes that make one look old and other diseases accompanied by it.

Pregnant women should have a bite on this. It has been scientifically supported that, whenever a pregnant women will desire some, it only shows that her iron level is decreasing. Moreover, the baby is also in need of such. What the mother wants, the same goes with the baby.

This is also best for those who are suffering from heart failures. It helps reduce inflammation that may lead to heart attack. Neurologists found out that dark chocolates contained the necessary chemicals in lowering the possibility of developing heart diseases. Moreover, eating chocolate daily with moderation gives a positive reaction on our health.

In addition, it has also components that aid in lowering cholesterol and improved blood pressure. It has founded out that the cocoa component in chocolates is responsible for the lowering of blood pressure and cutting down bad cholesterol. But then again, moderation of consuming it is emphasized.

With all these mentioned health benefits, it is just so clear that, giving out chocolates for Mothers Day is not really that worrisome for whatever may it brings to the body of our mothers but, be sure that they will be reminded of the proper intake of it. Not too much, not too less.
