Making Of Delicious Organic Cheese With Plant Products

History has traces about man living with plants along with animals and other spices. People started making eatables with primitive technology. Hence traditional ages have been living with natural products which are dairy free plant based vegan nut cheese.

In ancient times in countries people kept cows in almost all homes. It is considered as sacred creature and rituals are done in times of events and festivals. People used to extract only small percentage of the daily milk given, which happened to be sufficient for the home needs. Rest of the milk was left to the calf. There was neither packet milk till recently nor a variety of dairy products at that time.

Plant products like grains, nuts, and cereals can be used to make cheese. Following golden the rule, it is wise not to use any kind of chemicals or preservatives. Soya protein is used to make cheese which is abundant in protein.

Plant proteins are compressed to form cream. Vegetable oils like coconut and sunflower are also used to produce cream. Individuals can easily make the cream from nuts in their houses which tend to be delicious. Home makers can adopt this making of cheddar at their residence as a small cottage firm and can be supplied to various people.

Packed milk uses preservatives to keep the milk fresh for a few days. Expiry dates are marked on the pack. Nowadays varieties of milk yields came into existence. For instance, cheese, butter, ice creams are stored for days and months adding preservatives, for usage in future. This affects human health seriously.

The increased use of chemical fertilizers in farming has made soil barren and makes the land unfit for plants after some time. Crops grown using pesticides and insecticides contain harmful elements like nitrates which are harmful to humans. These are drained into water bodies through rain water and water gets contaminated and so the environment.

Farmers use manure to increase the crop yield and to protect the crop from pests and insects. To meet the increased demand for food man has to increase production of food grains and related crops. Chemical manures increase the crops yield but decreases the fertility of the soil. Chemicals do nothing to retain the nourishing of the grime, making soil infertile.

So, come in organic fertilizers that not only retain the nutrients of the land but increase the crop production qualitatively. Nowadays man is searching for traditional methods of farming which is good for the soil and also environment. Organic farming is a way in which only organic manures like plant and animal residues are used as manures or converted into compost. Crop rotation and no synthetic or chemical fertilizers, pesticides are used. Animals are used in farming and no modern vehicles.

At present there are a variety of butter and cheddar derived from different kinds of nuts. Peanut butter is one of its kinds where peanuts are processed to extract many foods. Hazel nut spread is also available nowadays in market. Hazel nuts are rich in vitamin B and E. They help in bone joint disorders. Reduce risk of heart disease.
