Biscuit Marbré



This recipe lends itself to infinite interpretations. You can add fruit fresh or dried (follow the basic instructions for dehydration contained in Special Functions).  
The secret to successful living in a regular mixture, it is highly recommended to use an instrument to planetary motion, as the robot KitchenAid Artisan kitchen, and perfectly controlled cooking.

 Ingredients (for 6 people) :
  •   250 g flour
  •   200 g sugar
  •   4 whole eggs
  •   200 g butter, softened
  •   2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  •   1/2 teaspoon baking in powder
  •   Zest of half a lemon
 Directions :

1. Mix the butter and sugar with the food processor KitchenAid Artisan, or in a bowl with a whisk Hand or electric. Stir in egg first, always beating. Once the dough becomes smooth stir in the second and do the same for both last.

Stir in the flour and baking powder sifted together mixing with a spatula. Divide the dough satin in two containers. Add cocoa and one of the two mix well.

 
2. Butter a loaf pan (even if it has a non-stick coating). Fill it with the two mixtures alternating to give marbled effect. Preheat oven enabling selection "Pastry Pro - Marble Cake "bake and cook for 1 hour.
