Ingredients :
- 8 marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- Juice of 2 lemons
Directions :
In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add the bread
crumbs to the skillet and stir, sauteing slightly. When the bread crumbs turn
golden, add the artichoke hearts. Pour in the lemon juice and toss to coat, heating
until the artichokes are golden brown.
