This is the most traditional and is very simple to prepare. However, its implementation requiresingredients of high quality and perfect precision for lifting and cooking.
Ingredients : (For 1 plate)
For pulp :
- 500 g flour "for bakery and pastry "
- 22.5 ml water
- 25 g of yeast
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil olive
For the base pad :
- 320 g of tomato puree, seasoned with a pinch of salt and 2-3 tablespoons Coffee olive oil
- 250 g mozzarella buffalo cut into small dice
- Oregano
1. Place the flour in "fountain" on board pastry. Stir the yeast dissolved in water just warm, oil, salt and sugar. Knead vigorously. If you have a food processor KitchenAid Artisan, set it to a medium-low speed (2) using the dough hook. Finish kneading by hand, giving to form a dough ball. Place in a bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise for 60 minutes recommended on the screen with the function level Lifting oven (select "Special Funct. - Lifting ").
2. Remove the dough from the oven without turning off the function. Spread it on baking sheet lightly oiled, re-up for another 60 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and top with tomato puree to 2 cm from the edges. Pour a little olive oil, saltslightly. Preheat oven enabling selection "Bakery Pro - Pizza thick" and cook for 20 minutes on the recommended level on the screen. The oven alerts you to the end of the first stage of cooking.
4. Remove from oven and garnish with slices of mozzarella, pour again a little olive oil and sprinklegenerously with oregano. At this point, you can add other ingredients to vary the recipe: ham,mushrooms, tuna and others. Put in the oven for further 18-20 minutes.
