Ingredients : (for 4 people)
- 4 slices of salmon steaks or 200 g.
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 100 g of white bread
- 1 spoonful of thyme dried or a few sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 level tablespoon dried basil or, better yet, a few fresh basil leaves
- 1 clove of garlic
Directions :
1. Grease the baking dish with half the olive oil and place the salmon steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Chop all the bread, basil, thyme and garlic and spread the mixture generously over the salmon.
3. Drizzle with the remaining oil and bake at advised the screen by selecting the "CNVT function level. Steam - Fish ".
Serve with steamed potatoes, lightly scented a dash of olive oil.
